Chris is a certified Personal Trainer, with accreditation in Fascial Stretch Therapy, Kickboxing, Functional Movement, Nutrition, Kettlebell, TRX, and Chair Massage, to name a few.
Kacper is experienced in training people with all levels of fitness and abilities, including beginners, children, models, body builders, and olympic athletes, both one on one and in small groups.
He has been training clients in Bermuda for the past 8 years with an ongoing list of qualifications. Specialist certifications in sports strength and conditioning, corrective exercise , exercise Therapy, spin, general physical preparedness, nutrition, and continues to maintain his certifications.
Christia is an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer with a passion— not JUST for fitness, but for helping you to find your love for it too! Since 2019, Christia has worked hard to develop her skills in various areas of exercise: from distance-running to yoga, weight-training to HIIT. She’s done it all to find what she loves and stay consistent, and now she’s devoted to doing the same for you.
